  I have been doing HIIT classes for 2 years. Megafit classes are hitting muscles I never knew were there!! I take advantage of some of the modifications...a shoulder issue holds me back a little.....truly this in an option for all fitness levels, and ages....I'm 53 trying something new!! What a fun, challenging & fulfilling workout!!
