  Terrible customer service and poor quality work and materials. I recently purchased a home, and the fence on the property was installed my Abbey Fence and Company by the previous sellers in 2012. One of the PVC slats was cracked and I was shocked at the horrible customer service this company provided. It took WEEKS for me to get in contact with anyone. I had to actually contact the seller who purchased the fence because they would not speak to me. When I finally spoke with someone at the company she was very rude and would not send someone out to do an estimate on THEIR OWN PRODUCT. I would NEVER give this horrible company money. Also- important to note, unlike there superior competitors- the "lifetime" warranty on their fences are NOT transferable to any future homeowners. There are far better fence and deck companies out there folks- do your self a favor and stay away!
