  John Hopkins has Dr. Bydon as their go to neurosurgeon who has the worst bedside manner, is way past his prime age and clinically isn't up to date on minimally invasive surgery. This surgeon advertises his magical surgical skills and abilities on the internet like he is God but is full of hot air when you actually meet him in person.
