  I needed to get my van inspected. I had one light out in front. The mechanic explained it to me, as I waited inside, that it would take about 20 minutes. After about 30 minutes, he came to tell me that the driver was delayed and he was going to get it himself. It took about an additional 20-25 minutes. It was also pouring down rain that day. After he got back it was only about 10 minutes before he had it ready. These guys are great. Very courteous and go above and beyond for their customer. I had my van on the road by the end of the day. Also the cafe food is good.
