  Terrible service in the Alexandria, VA 22312 area! Deliveries often did not come, customer service is non-existent. The agents are friendly but they are incapable of actually affecting any change. When my cooler needed repairs, they kept telling me a day they would come, not show up, and then after spending precious time waiting for customer service to find out why they didn't show up, would be told that the delivery was moved to another date. Then REPEAT. That day would come, no show, and another call to customer service to tell me that the delivery would be a different day. I finally cancelled my account and am currently now going through the constantly shifting date for equipment pick-up. They are the worst! I purchased a water cooler at Walmart for around $125 and get my water bottles from my local Giant Supermarket now.
