  Just like everyone else I have had the same experience. Was supposed to receive on a Tuesday, then it became Thursday, then Monday the following week still not here. 7 days passed the delivery date. Said they were running late which wasn't true at all. I've taken days off of work but they could care less. The last phone call I was going to be CC'd on an email with the regional manager and the email never came. I'm not sure how you can schedule a delivery date and then literally NOT deliver anything. I'm sure whenever it's convenient for them it will get here and instead of costing me the price of the items it's cost me more in missed work, time on the phone, and overall aggravation.
  
  I'm actually on the phone with them now and as I'm explaining my issue she said "Can I just get the pro number, damn!"... to top it off now they say it's coming today and someone was supposed to call me and let me know. But, I'm at work so I guess I have to drop what I'm doing and cross my fingers hoping it will get there and miss more time at work.
  
  You guys truly truly suck as a company and have no sympathy for peoples work schedules and I hope the company goes bankrupt and all the rude people working there lose their jobs without notice.
