  I relocated to Baltimore County in 2004 and in 13 yrs. here I never in my life had such a difficult time trying to find someone to hold the county management companies accountable to ensure their tenants are comfortable and safe. I've been forced to move 4 times because I am a senior w/numerous health issues due to stress from daily and constant noises of neighbors. Everytime I complain I receive letters from management acknowledging that my lease will not be renewed and too vacate. And my health continues to decline. I contacted the Maryland Civil Rights Commission and received little to no help. Our commission is a joke!
