  Inflexible; no respect for customers who work during the day. Left a message at 4:50 pm on Monday that they would deliver furniture 10 - 2 the next day. Usually I would not have even rec'd the message until after 7pm. No way to work around this, no empathy, no flexibility. I will NEVER, EVER use them if it is my choice, and I will tell EVERYONE who could use the info how unhappy I am with their "service" if you can call it that. 4:50 pm is not sufficient notice to ask a customer to take off work the
  following day. Period. Basic decency and common sense, folks.
