  Cons:
  -unresponsive and nearly useless staff. Regularly ignored and did not perform repairs despite constant requests over website, email, phone, and in-person meetings
  -filthy hallways and apartments (cockroaches and other bugs in every room of apartments, mice, hallways not vacuumed even once over 6 months)
  --horrendous security (though the front door is keycard locked, the security guard is either asleep or lets anyone in without ID or ensuring that someone in the building is allowing them in)
  -dirty water not resolved over extended period of time
  -pool and roof close early every day
  
  Pros:
  -spacious living areas
  -several elevators
  -friendly (but as stated above, unhelpful) staff
